The hotel features a lobby with complimentary water infused with fruit. The gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes, nice for diverse workout options. There was a live band playing Jimmy Buffet covers one day near the pool. I opened the window and listened to the music while getting ready.
The bathtub had visible stains. the tile looked dirty. I took a shower with my sandals on.

The room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower provided a relaxing experience. The room was spacious enough for comfort.

the location was definitely convenient (close to everything i needed).
Housekeeping wasn't great for a 4-star hotel. they didn't replenish the regular water on time, and they charged for fiji water, which i found annoying. valet service wasn't as advertised. I had to go downstairs and call for the car each time.

I liked my room. The blackout blinds were great for sleeping. I also used the pool area, and I appreciate the snack bar. I found the location really practical for my needs. I had a good stay.

Margaritas are available daily in the lobby, and they are free at 5 PM. I did not ate in the restaurants. the bar offered a nice selection of snacks and beverages.

The room size was good. A comfortable bed was provided in my room. There was also a clean bathroom I can use. An iron was available in the room, what I find really useful.

The hotel has a central location.
Housekeeping service felt subpar for a 4-star hotel. The staff did not replenish regular water in a timely manner (.. ) valet initially offered scanning from the room to check wait times, but I had to go downstairs each time and call for the car. I also did not like the charge for Fiji water bottles.
